Set up in 2002 with the aim of assisting the creation of the new leaders of India, Learning Tree provides training to banking and corporate clients in the areas of Soft Skills as well as Sales and Relationship Management.

The firm is headed by Chetna Vasishth, an alumni of XLRI, Jamshedpur - one of India's top business management schools. Chetna has over ten years of experience in Corporate Banking with ANZ Grindlays and Standard Chartered Bank at Mumbai and Bangalore.  She was responsible for setting up the Corporate Banking business for Standard Chartered Bank at Bangalore.  She has now been a trainer for more than eight years and has been associated with some of the leading banks and corporates.

She has also been a visiting faculty for The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Bangalore , Indian Institute of Planning and Management (IIPM), National Institute of Industrial Engineering (NITIE), Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) in the area of “Services Marketing, “Marketing Management”, “Services Marketing”, “Direct Marketing”, “Consumer Behavior”, “Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and “Key Account Management”.
